The right backpack position Correct positioning is vital to the carrying comfort and fit of a backpack, it's not simply a matter of throwing the pack on your back and fastened all the straps. Here is a clear explanation how a rucksack should be cor mehr...
First loosen all straps.
Shoulder the backpack, position the hip belt and tighten. In doing so the middle of the hip belt should lie over the hip bones, not above because it could constrict the stomach.
Tighten the shoulder straps but not to tight, the main weight should be on the hip belt.
If they have stabiliser straps, then tighten the hip belt stabiliser straps.
Also tension the shoulder stabiliser straps to pull the load closer to your back and your centre of gravity.
Finally fasten the sternum strap to optimise the fit of the shoulder straps

Streamer Care To extend the lifespan of your Deuter Streamer, you should ensure that it is washed correctly. For tips on caring for your Deuter Streamer, click here. mehr...

Streamer Care
TIPS
Temperature: The Streamer is designed for cold and warm drinks alike (up to 60°C). Never fill it with boiling water. To cool it down, either use ice cubes or fill your Streamer half-full of water and place it in the freezer.

For maximum freshness: Once filled, turn the Streamer upside down and suck the remaining air from the bladder. After drinking from the Streamer, to make sure that the liquid in the tube is not heated up by the sun, blow any liquid that remains in the tube back into the bladder.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Due to the Streamer’s glass-like inner surface, you do not need to use a brush to clean it out. Simply rinse it through with some hot water and mild dishwashing detergent and leave upside down to dry. Never use boiling water. To help the water flow out easier and to allow the tube to dry more effectively, remove the mouthpiece from the jointed section. Blot up any excess moisture with a kitchen towel. Two or three rolled up sheets of kitchen towel stuffed into the bladder will help accelerate the drying process.

In order to clean the mouthpiece, carefully pull out the orange inner section, and then wash with mild dishwashing detergent and hot water. When reassembling after cleaning and drying, make sure that the two side wings of the inner section slot back smoothly into both of the inner silicone grooves.

Residue: If the bladder is washed quickly, or not at all, any residue left behind, especially from juice or sports drinks, can be easily removed using denture cleaning tablets. Dissolve the tablet in the bladder in warm water, close the bladder, shake it and allow a small amount to flow out of the tube. Once the tablet has fully dissolved, empty the bladder and rinse thoroughly. Dry as previously.

Sterilising: Place the mouthpiece, bladder and tube in the freezer overnight. Once thawed, rinse thoroughly with water.

Storage: Please only store your Deuter Streamer in a dry place, when clean, completely dry and open.
