You can leave through the port of Semarang's Tanjung Mas, or through the port of Jepara Kartini.
- From Semarang (Tanjung Mas harbor) KMC Kartini I, departing every Saturday, at 9:00 WIB and Monday, at 7:00 WIB.
- From Jepara (port Kartini) brgkt each Monday, 10:00 WIB. When using the KMP Muria, departing every Saturday, at 9:00 WIB. and Wednesday, at 9:00 WIB.
Meanwhile, back flow of Karimunjawa,
- Every Sunday, at 14.00 WIB, and every Tuesday, at 9:00 WIB.
- When using the KMP Muria, departs every Monday and Thursday, at 9:00 WIB.

Air Transportation
Karimunjawa air transportation to the airport can be from Ahmad Yani, Semarang, with the type of aircraft lease Cassa 212 provided by the Kura-kura Resort. It takes about thirty minutes from Ahmad Yani airport to airport Dewadaru, Karimunjawa.
